1. Understand Your Shyness, Learn to DRESS WELL and be NEAT We are all shy in our different ways. Seek to understand your unique brand of shyness and how that manifests in your life. HOW WE WORK AT D&E MODELS ( Please take few minutes to read..its worth it ! ) All you need to know about Modeling in Nigeria and how to scale through..the way forward: At the moment in Nigeria, Modeling doesn’t pay high but the most important thing it does to you is what you learn from being a model. It helps you in building your courage, personality, how to present yourself, and teaches you the NEVER SAY DIE spirit to never give up. For you to be selected for any job, it starts with your pictures, Your pictures must be good enough to attract somebody’s attention. Many models: There are many models, but few jobs. However, in D&E MODELS, its good to have your pictures on the website as people do get DIRECT model bookings from the site. Aside that, your pictures would be submitted at different times and for different reasons. PAY  RANGES:  For every job you do, the pay ranges from N30,000 to as high as N1,500,000. Mostly, for a billboard, you can be paid N150,000-N750,000. etc. THE MODEL CONTRACT IS 70/30 i.e: 70% for you and 30% for me for every modeling job you do. How models are selected: photos..you can be selected through your submitted photos, or  at an Audition. Arrangement for Photo-session:  There are studios I use, however, you can do your photos at any digital photo studio. Marketing starts for you once I confirm that your pix are good enough to promote you.

SPONSORSHIP: If there is anything you want to go into as an individual or a model, be it a MODEL SEARCH, BEAUTY PAGEANT, MUSIC TALENT HUNT, etc. Do let me know to guide you as well as sponsor you as the case may be.   INT’L MODEL CONTEST (where 1 male and 1 female would be made Super models and get signed on with Two international agencies in UK) . MODEL  RESCUE ACCOUNT: At the moment, there is a N100,000 Floating money. and it’s a repayable loan for models to borrow from…YOU MUST BE A FULL MEMBER.. to enjoy this…10 people get the chance of borrowing Up to N10,000 every month. There are instances when we encounter financial problems and we find nobody to help us ( Especially as students ). It could be an urgent situation to solve a school problem or meet a particular need. It could even be little money to help a close friend, brother or sister at a point of need. sometimes we are so broke to the nearest hundred where hope to get some money immediately seems far away
